DELIVERIES

  • If your order is within our designated area and over £100 ex. Vat, we will deliver for FREE. For all other areas, we will be happy to provide a quote. 
  • If your order is under £100 ex. Vat and to any postcode beginning with W, NW, SW - there is a £10 +Vat carriage charge. 
  • If your order is under £100 ex. Vat and to any postcode beginning with HA, UB, TW, KT, WC, EC, N, E, SE  - there is a £20 +Vat carriage charge. 
  • We will charge a £10.50 inc Vat congestion charge where applicable on top of any potential delivery charge. 
  • We promise to deliver your order within 2 working days (subject to stock availability) but we will aim to despatch the goods same day/next day. 
  • Delivery can be any time between 7am-5pm but feel free to call us on 020 8743 0099 for an ETA.

PLEASE NOTE

Our delivery service is to kerbside only. Due to insurance guidelines, our drivers are unable to enter private residences. The recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made, and for heavy and bulky items we would require additional support from the customer with the delivery.
